An energetic and enjoyable training class for dancers, physical performers and community members interested in pursuing a fitness based movement training that works with natural, rhythmic principles to enhance strength, power & ease of motion. Be prepared to sweat, shake and enjoy your body!
Janis has developed and taught Move It! classes to 1000’s of people across the globe as a way to access and rekindle the pleasure of dance within a focused professional training. Move It! offers a place for dancers (as well as others with a professional focus to body based training) to experience the pleasure of dance in a grounded and supportive environment, to shake out, open the body and move it!
